I am a visionary creative leader with experience developing teams and crafting innovative marketing initiatives. I use my cultural savviness and creative vision to tell meaningful stories to audiences. I am acutely aware of where culture is moving and how to translate that into a marketing context. My work always tells a story and is strategic, crafted, relevant, concise, and impactful. I take pride in nurturing relationships, taking calculated risks, brand building, and pushing culture forward through marketing.

I believe in a culture-driven and creative environment with an eye on concept, craft, and cultural impact with a spotlight on diversity and inclusivity. I am a personable, decisive, and experienced leader and mentor. I lead and motivate creative teams to push their potential to achieve new heights— both in their work output and career goals. My personal philosophy is clarity and simplicity. Leadership begins with listening, and creativity relies on team collaboration.

Before relocating to San Francisco, I spent most of my career as an Executive Creative Director in New York City and London. During this time, I worked at some of the best creative agencies, building great teams, growing businesses, and crafting distinctive, effective work for a range of clients.

Most recently was a Creative Director, Global Brand Marketing at Instagram HQ where I led multiple global brand initiatives, performance marketing campaigns, and product launches with internal creatives and a broad XFN, as well as managing external creative and design agencies. I am currently looking for my next adventure, either full-time or freelance.
